Proving God's existense? An inappropriate task
A comment on God Proves That God Does Not Exist

I haven't read all comments to know what others has said. For me, I see that the original queston asked is really not a question to be answered. To PROVE the existence of GOD. Prove and God are two words that are not defined in the same way by most people. Is it to logically prove? or scientifically prove? experimentally prove? etc... Same about God. Is God a name of this mythical being that some people believe He is a huge creature above the skies or is it the name you give to any winner in the question of: Who or What is at the origin of life and existence?

I personally believe in the existence of a being who is the Origin of my existence, and I don't really want to prove it or disprove it. I understand why many wise and smart people are angry at the arguments of those who try to prove the existence of God. Most of their arguments are silly, and basically anything can be proved or disproved by arguments. It doesn't really answer the question. I deal with this being that some people call God and I sometimes think it's an illusion and sometimes think it's a true relationship with a BEING. I can't give the final word as much as I can't prove 100% that I love my wife or that my father loves me, etc... These are all things and concepts that I cannot prove. I actually cannot even prove that the earth is round, but I trust my science teachers and the satellite photos. I can't prove whether the president of the US lied or not, but I can disagree with his decision about going to war.

Does my life have a meaning? Does yours have? These are questions beyond proof...
Will the world stay forever or will human beings perish because of their stupidity and resort to destructive wars? I can't answer these questions.
How did the less than 1% difference between Homo sapiens and macaques/monkeys account for this huge phenomenon of:human civilization? I can't answer. Science hasn't answered it yet.
Etc...

I can claim one thing: I'm sincere in my answer and there is one thing I'm not sure about: whether I was right to give a sincere answer to people whom I dont' know and in a site that I have no idea what it belongs to.
But I choose to take the risk.
